At YourEngravingPlace.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Every order is double check for accuracy and quality. We will create a proof of your engraving request and seek your approval before engraving your product. If YourEngravingPlace.com makes an error on a product you purchased from us, we will repair or replace it, at no cost. If YourEngravingPlace.com makes an error on a product you brought us, we will repair, replace, or offer an acceptable alternate (up to limit stated in the work order).

YourEngravingPlace.com shall not be responsible for misspelling or illegible words written by the customer. All orders must be placed in writing, either in person, by mail, through email, phone text, or through our website. NO telephone orders will be accepted without engraving proof verification. All attempts shall be made to verify the spelling on every order. However, no changes shall be made to any spelling without customer’s approval.

All claims on this guarantee must be made within 1 5 calendar days of receipt of the order. If you have any questions on our satisfaction guarantee, or to file a claim, call our store during regular operating hours.

Returns

All returns must be approved in advance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Due to the personal nature of engraving, products may not be sold after they are engraved. Therefore, refunds on engraved produces cannot be offered.
